Each purchase you make in the store, whether an illustration, painting, print, or shirt, will obviously be helping me get that much closer to realizing my dream of the hermit life on a remote Caribbean Island, but you will also be helping to make the world a tiny bit better.

Art has played such a huge role throughout my life as a way to process both my internal and external struggles, giving me countless mental vacations from the laments many of us face but seldom share.

Giving back through the sale of art is the least I can do to help people find their voice in creative ways, which is why I donate 2% per product sold to Caldera Arts, an Oregon-based non-profit whose mission “is to inspire and support youth from underserved rural and urban communities by awakening the potential of their creative voice.”

While the main form of donation will be good ol’ cash, when possible I will also be donating supplies such as new brushes, paints, and any other creative tools.

Think of it like you’re donating a paintbrush per purchase!
