It dawned on me recently that I got to work with the amazing crew at Surfrider for three years, and I really couldn’t be prouder that my illustrations & designs have been able to help do right by our oceans. Surfrider works tirelessly to pass legislation that protects the sea, spreads awareness of environmental issues, and keeps our beaches clean.

I reached out to them back in Feb. 2020 to pitch a mural project, and even though it wasn’t in the cards, they took a chance on me anyway, and I’ve since had the privilege of creating 11 apparel graphics for them, including back to back years of designing the graphics for their global event, International Surfing Day. Once a year, on June 20th, they remind the world to get out and enjoy the ecosystems they’re fighting to protect.
